EMERGE! Fashion Runway Show — New York Fashion Week | September 12, 2023

During New York Fashion Week 2023, artist Robert E. Hansen was featured in the acclaimed EMERGE! Fashion Runway Show, held at the Leman Ballroom in New York’s Financial District.

Known for spotlighting rising creative talent, EMERGE! brought together visionary designers and artists from across the country. Hansen’s work took center stage on several pieces showcased during the runway presentation, including a powerful tribute to the late André Leon Talley, the legendary former editor of Vogue magazine.

The night before the runway show, Hansen unveiled an original portrait of Talley, enhanced with an augmented reality experience featuring over 300 Vogue covers, set to Madonna’s “Vogue” and Talley’s own voiceover.

The show celebrated fashion, art, and innovation — a perfect reflection of Hansen’s fusion of Art, Tech, and Storytelling at one of the world’s most iconic style events.
